Trivia
- Up until Season 12, Legends were additionally classified by rarity levels and could be obtained by opening up special lootboxes. Most initial characters were rated at "common" rarity, with other rarities being added as the seasons went on.
- Pinocchio was planned as a playable legend before he was ultimately scrapped around Season 4.
- He ended up being used anyway with a completely new aspect for Chapter 14.
- Ducky & Swan was the only Specialist Legend for more than a year.
- Prior to the introduction of Engravings in Chapter 15, Legends were classified by a different role system:
- Fighter: they are all-rounder style characters that have balanced stats.
- Assassin: they are characters that excel in being fast and dealing damage.
- Vanguard: they are characters with high durability, crowd control and strong knockback skills.
- Marksman: they are characters with long range capabilities.
- Supporter: they are characters with utility skills to help the team achieve victory.
- Specialist: they are characters that depending of the battle circumstance their role can change from time to time.
- Up until Chapter 16, there was a system to level up Legends through the usage of Credits and Experience.
- This mechanic, along with the Sponsor feature, were both removed midway through the season and players were refunded for what they'd bought.
- The removal was the result of a long battle to try and undercut the difference in power between lower-level and higher-level Legends. It was preceded by steadily increasing nerfs to the buffs granted from leveling up.
