Rambert is a Marksman Legend.

Story

A quiet and lonely hunter sheep. His flock scattered once their shepherd left and the wolves attacked. Rambert was rescued by a passing cowboy of H.U.N.N.T. and lives on as a bounty hunter, knowing that he must survive alone in the Library World.

Passive Ability This Legend has no Passive Abilities.
Cluster Shot Hit Count: 1 Fires a Cluster Shot forward, dealing damage scaling based on range. When used as Ground Skill, deals 200-1080 damage. When used as Aerial Skill, deals 200-800 damage. Ram Skill CD: 4s Charges and attacks the opponent with horns to deal 500 damage. When used as Aerial Skill, charges down diagonally to deal 500 damage. Dead or Alive Charge Speed: Fast Rolls forward quickly and tosses a bomb behind, that deals 750 damage. Uses his horns to ram in front of him, dealing 350 damage. Launches a Cluster Shot above him, that explodes dealing up to 350 damage to enemies nearby.

Abilities

All stats are shown at Max Level (5) Prepared Hunter Increases Basic Attack and Skill damage by 20% when Ultimate is available. battering Ram Increases damage of all attacks by 40% for 8s when hitting an opponent with Ground Skill. Thrill of the Hunt Recharges 36% of Ultimate Gauge when Smashing an opponent. Unrelenting Attack Decreases Skill Cooldown by 50% when hittin an opponent Legend with Air Skill. Cluster Bombs After the main Ultimate explosion, 4 more additional bombs will explode. Each added explosion deals 250 damage when Rambert is level 1.

Witch Queen “Queen..”

Top of Rambert’s bounty bucket list. Witch Queen may have caused a lot of trouble for Library World, and Rambert has seen a fair share of the destruction caused by Umbra, but it’s nothing personal. Just a target.

Hook “A pirate, eh.”

A pirate whose name has sailed far and wide. Even to the outskirts of Library World. As expected, she has a hefty bounty on her head. He finds it interesting that she’s not just a simple criminal. And her gun piques his interest.

Flare “A child...”

She’s high on the list as she is Umbra’s field captain. A child pyromaniac is not a common sight, but that changes nothing.

Wolfgang “Wolf...!”

Rambert started holding a personal grudge against wolves after the attack on the sheep herd, and being the leader of wolves, Wolfgang is his worst nemesis. But for Wolfgang, who has committed countless evil deeds, it was just another uneventful day. Wolfgang does remember attacking several herds of sheep in past stories.
