Story

Parfait, the Snow Queen who has been living in Eternal Winter, has lost the children she was caring for in her story due to Witch Queen’s conspiracy. Enduring the pain of her body melting, she continues her arduous journey at Library World to stop Witch Queen’s evil plans.

Passive Ability Parfait has a Stack-Based Ultimate, needing 1 Cold Stack to use. She can only get Cold Stacks by using Ultimate.
Frostbite Hit Count: 4 Deals 900 damage by swinging the Ice Scythe in front. When used as Aerial Skill, swipes her shythe in front, dealing 350 damage. Ice Spike Skill CD: 5.5s Strikes the ground with her Ice Scythe and pulls up an ice pillar that deals 800 damage. Opponents hit by the pillar will Freeze. When used as Aerial Skill, she spins while swinging her Shythe, dealing 750 damage. Avalanche Charge Speed: Very Fast (1 Stack) Stacks 1 Cold to her Ice Scythe. The condensed Cold allows her to quickly swing her Ice Scythe, dealing 1050 damage. Spins to then land her Shythe on ther floor, dealing 350 damage. Takes a moment to then quickly swing her Shythe around her, dealing 350 damage.

Abilities

All stats are shown at Max Level (5) Chillin' Opponents Frozen by Parfait's Skill receive 80% additional damage. Arctic Snap Each successful attack slows the opponent Legend’s Movement Speed by 8%. The effect stacks up to 3 times and decreases to 24%. This effect lasts for 3s and each successful attack refreshes the duration. Calm Before the Storm Once Ultimate is charged, gains 24% Movement Speed for 8s. Absolute Zero Increases Ultimate damage by 32%. Return of the Ice Queen When HP goes below 20%, Parfait becomes ice for 2s, becoming Invincible and recovering 42% HP. Resets upon revival.

Parfait is currently searching for Kai and Gerda, who used to live on her story island with her.
Parfait is a Sage Council member, but she has never been particularly active or received assistance from them.

Parfait often sleeps between the ice cream tubs in the freezer.
Unlike her appearance, Parfait has been around for eons. However, most of that time was spent alone.

Relationships

Peter "Ice cream… Would you like some more?”

A boy who reminds her of Kai, and wants to take care of him. She would hand out ice cream from her shop whenever they met. Peter considers Parfait as his own age and treats her like a friend, Parfait gets troubled by this sometimes.

Flare "...I'm sorry, but can you move away for a bit?"

In contrast to Flare, whose goal is to make the world warmer. However, because she knows Flare's kind heart, despite being from Umbra, she can't bear to hate her. Flare doesn't understand that Parfait likes cold things, so she can't help but hate Parfait for making ice cream.

Kaiser "I've never caught a cold even wearing this... ”

Parfait still couldn't understand Kaiser's attire, which was unimaginable in the cold story of Parfait. Kaiser doesn't seem to understand Parfait problem and her refusal to exercise, saying that the cold can be solved with exercise.

Witch Queen “I will never forgive you, Witch Queen”

The direct cause of the disappearance of Kai and Gerda, and her greatest enemy. Just like Gerda, Parfait's journey doesn't end until she get them back. Even for the Witch Queen, Parfait, a member of the Sage Council and a powerful magician who handles cold, must be appeased or eliminated.
